SHIPPING

 

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for orders to be made and shipped

out to you. Once item is shipped and please allow for normal USPS shipping times. 

Express shipping is available with a 1-2 week processing time  and overnight shipping once items are made. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Sales can be returned and refunded within 5 business days of receiving your item domestically. there are no refunds on international items. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all tags/packaging attached and in sellable condition. Once items have been confirmed as shipped M.Diggs NYC is not responsible for loss, damages, delays or returning shipping cost.

**All wholesale, custom and/or discounted items are NON-REFUNDABLE**

 

REQUEST FOR LOANS

All samples that are on loan from the M. Diggs NYC Showroom are expected to come back in the same condition as borrowed. If an item comes back damaged the borrowing party is responsible for paying the full retail price of the item borrowed. A credit card is mandatory to be placed on file for all loans. All loans are only allowed a time period of two weeks. If an item needs to be borrowed longer an email needs to be sent and approved by M. Diggs NYC.
